UW Student Campus Free Speech & Academic Freedom Workshop
Join undergraduate students from across the Universities of Wisconsin for a one-day workshop exploring free speech and academic freedom on college campuses. Through expert-led sessions, interactive discussions, and real-world campus scenarios, participants will examine First Amendment protections, academic freedom, campus speech policies, and how to navigate challenging questions about expression at public universities.

Who Can Apply?
Full-time undergraduate students enrolled at any Universities of Wisconsin campus.
This workshop offers a unique opportunity to engage with peers from across the state, explore current issues related to free expression and academic freedom, and develop skills for thoughtful dialogue in a university setting.
Registration Information
- Participation is free!
- Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
- A participant stipend is available upon successful completion of the workshop.
- Enrollment is limited to 30 students.
